offered as “user”. Post ad 4 free.com will hereby be referred to as the
service. Liability: This service will do it’s best effort to keep ads
up. Paid ads will be kept for 30 days. Free ads will be kept up to 30
days unless there is a space problem. Then the oldest ads will be
cycled out first. This service is not responsible for any content on
the ads themselves. Nor is it responsible for cleaning out ads that no
longer are in effect. This will be considered the user responsibility.
User agreement:
As a user of this service, you will be responsible for posting accurate
and legal information. Pornography ads are PROHIBITED (As well as any
ads containing adult sexual content) as to other users of this service
may not be at an appropriate age. All ads should be post with most
straight forward material as possible. Scams and other misleading
information (even if it is not completely untrue) will be considered
unethical practice and is prohibited. Also ANY ads implying stating, or
referring to sexual acts for monetary compensation or other
compensation is prohibited. The user will not post any copyrighted or
private material not belonging to them. Reprimands:
If your ad is reported to have caused a concern it will be reviewed. IF
found guilty of one of the previous mentioned infringements your ad
will be deleted and removed. You will receive a warning. The second
offense will ban you from our servers. Any material found that is flat
out illegal will be reported to the authorities! (Although it is not
the responsibility of the service to look for infringements)
Appropriate Usability: This service is provided to allow personal and
commercial use and to promote products and services. Any attempt of
reverse engineer or to manipulate the service for anything other then
what functions are given to the user will result in ban. (NOTE:
commercial companies are allowed to post free ads should they chose to
do so. This differs from most normal websites)
Classification of ads:
There are three level of ads, promoted, those who help pay for the
service, Gold which pay a nominal fee, and free. As of now promoted ads
will not be available for the normal user. Gold will ensure your ad
appears at the second table. Free ads will appear on the third and
final table. The ranking of your ad will be based on the popularity so
the more you advertise the more exposure you get. Keywords:
Although not implemented just yet, there will be an advance search to
allow users to search for ads with the appropriate criteria. The user
is responsible for creating an ad with meaningful keywords, which
accurately represent the service or product being advertised.
